Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as model, OS version, and unique identifiers for troubleshooting and analytics.

  1. Security Features & Permissions StealthVault uses specific device permissions to provide advanced security:

Camera: Used exclusively for the “Intruder Detection” feature to capture a photo of anyone who enters an incorrect PIN. These photos are stored locally on your device and are never shared with our servers.

Storage: Used to encrypt and secure your personal files (photos, videos, documents) within the vault.

Biometrics: Used to allow you to unlock your vault using your fingerprint or face ID.

Google Play Services / Firebase: For authentication, real-time database syncing, and app performance monitoring.

Google Play Billing: To securely process your premium subscriptions. We do not store your credit card or financial details on our servers.

Google AdMob: To display advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may use device identifiers to show personalized ads.

When Cloud Sync is enabled, your subscription status is synced using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to our Firebase backend. We do not have access to your personal vault files; they remain under your control.
